THE CHALLENGE
The company needed a Tax Manager who was not only technically competent but had the ability to immerse themselves into the wider business at all levels.
OUR SOLUTION
As the role required a level of autonomy based on the tax and finance teams being located across two different sites, we went and visited both sites so we had a clear understanding of how the business worked. Working closely with the Head of Tax and HR we were able to establish exactly what they were looking for.
THE RESULT
After meeting a number of candidates in person I was able to recommend the best person for the role and the business were able to interview and progress to offer very quickly.
