Martin and Company is a boutique firm specialising in Private Client taxation with a strong presence in the South and South West of England.
THE CHALLENGE
With the type of client Martin and Company specialise in, it can be difficult for them to find specialists with the expertise they require for their strong client base. In this particular example they required a Trust Director to help the Partners develop and grow the tax team.
OUR SOLUTION
After first meeting with the Partners at Martin and Company it was clear this role would be best filled by a candidate with experience carrying out a similar role within a London Practice. After carrying out an extensive advertising campaign and taking advantage of our superb network of clients we managed to successfully arrange interviews for candidates. With a strong knowledge of the client and their portfolio, each candidate was screened and met prior to each interview ensuring they were more than adequately prepared for the interview process.
THE RESULT
After one month of the role being released to us we had placed an exceptional candidate from London looking for a local role to his home in Winchester
