RDP is a boutique firm of R&D tax specialists based in Toronto but operating in the UK and Europe.
THE CHALLENGE
Looking to expand their business throughout the UK after establishing a presence in Central London, RDP contacted us to help them build a team in Birmingham and the West of England. With a long serving tax team in place, they wanted to hire tax business developers to help their business continue to grow in the UK. Having previously placed and helped build their London team we were now tasked with developing this across the UK. We already understood their business and the type of candidate they required, and due to our previous successes it was a project we were excited to begin with.
OUR SOLUTION
With an understanding of the type of candidate RDP required we immediately began shortlisting potential candidates. With them based in Canada we screened each candidate individually, ensuring their personality and skills matched the requirements before passing their CV through for the role.
THE RESULT
Within a few weeks of the role being released we had arranged 4 interviews and under a month we had placed a new team in Birmingham and Bristol.
FOLLOW UP
In the last few months, we have had a number of new starters within RDP and are working with them exclusively to continue developing this relationship.
