Senior Tax Manager - Private Equity Clients

Pro-Tax Recruitment are working in partnership with a Top 10 firm who currently seek an advisory focused Tax Senior Manager to focus on private equity backed clients. Working within a close knit and busy corporate tax team you will focusing on supporting businesses going through deals and helping stakeholders to prepare for exits.

In this role you will be:

• Working in a joint compliance and advisory role where you will build a rapport with your clients and establish a clear understanding of their business.
• Aware of issues affecting private equity and investment funds and be able to provide creative solutions
• Demonstrating sound technical knowledge on deals and be able to present these to clients as well as writing high quality reports.
• Working effectively with the transfer pricing and wider corporate tax team in finding the right solutions for clients
• Assisting in the mentorship and development of the less experienced members of the team.

In order to be consider for this Tax Senior Manager role you will:

• Be CTA/ACA/CA/ACCA qualified. A non UK qualification will be considered.
• Have strong technical tax experience dealing with private equity backed firms
• Have great interpersonal skills and will be experienced in delivery tax advice.
