About Danielle

Danielle joined Pro in 2026 to recruit audit, accounts and tax professionals across Kent and Sussex.

She takes a genuinely relationship led approach to recruitment and prides herself on really getting to know both her clients and candidates. By understanding what drives people and what makes each firm unique, she focuses on bringing the right people and businesses together where there is a genuine long-term fit. She enjoys sharing market insight, offering honest advice and acting as a trusted sounding board throughout the process. At heart, Danielle likes to think of herself as a bit of a matchmaker, bringing the right people and businesses together.

Outside of work, Danielle lives by the sea in Essex and enjoys attempting to paddle board (which often turns into swimming). She is also a huge musical theatre fan and will happily take any excuse for a trip into London to see a show, usually singing along with far more confidence than talent.
