OMB Tax Partner - London & South

We are partnering with a leading UK accountancy and advisory firm as they look to appoint an OMB Tax Partner to lead their London and South region. This is a strategic hire for a firm that is investing heavily in its tax capability and is committed to supporting entrepreneurial, owner-managed businesses across the UK.

The Opportunity

This role will see you take a leadership position within the tax practice, with responsibility for developing and driving the Owner Managed Business (OMB) tax offering across London and the South. Working closely with fellow Partners and senior leadership, you will play a key role in defining the strategy for this market while supporting the continued expansion of the firm's client base.

You will advise a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial and privately owned businesses, providing strategic tax guidance across a range of complex matters while helping clients navigate growth, succession, and commercial change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the OMB tax practice across London and the South region

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of entrepreneurial and privately owned business clients

  • Provide high-quality advisory services across a range of OMB tax matters

  • Drive business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across tax, audit, and advisory teams

  • Mentor and develop senior members of the tax team

The Individual

  • Extensive experience advising Owner Managed Businesses

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of business development

  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams

  • CTA / ACA or equivalent professional qualification

The firm is open to speaking with established Partners as well as Senior Directors ready to step into partnership, offering a platform to lead a key service line within a progressive and growing practice.
