I'm currently working on a high-profile opportunity for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join a highly regarded Big 4 Financial Services Corporate Tax team in London, focusing on a Banking client portfolio.
Whether you already work in Financial Services/Banking and want to grow the size and complexity of your client base, or your background is broad Corporate Tax but you have a keen interest in the FS space and the banking sector, if you feel ready for the Big 4 this role could be for you!
This role offers exposure to a broad and interesting mix of advisory, project and compliance work, supporting major UK and international banking clients. Key areas of work include:
* Corporate tax advisory
* M&A tax projects
* Pillar Two advisory
* Tax audit support
* Corporate tax compliance
What they're looking for:
* Strong UK Corporate tax experience
* ACA/CTA/ACCA/CA qualified
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver high-quality work
* Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
* Interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
Nice to have:
* Banking / Financial Services experience
* Exposure to Pillar Two
