Executive Assistant to Joint CEOs
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
Benefits: Flexi-time, 25 days holiday, birthday off, pension, modern office

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving, everyone organised, and the senior leadership team slightly less close to chaos?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, highly regarded professional services business in High Wycombe, supporting two Joint CEOs in a varied, trusted and business-critical role.

This is not a basic diary management position. You will be the eyes and ears of the CEOs when they are out of the office, helping them stay informed, organised and ahead of the curve.

You will work closely with senior leaders, internal teams, clients, suppliers and external stakeholders, so professionalism, discretion and strong communication skills are essential.

The Role

As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the Joint CEOs, helping with day-to-day organisation, internal communication, project coordination and wider business activity.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Acting as the main point of contact between the CEOs and internal / external stakeholders
* Managing complex diaries, meetings, correspondence and priorities
* Preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions
* Drafting, reviewing and sending communications on behalf of the CEOs
* Preparing documents, reports and presentations
* Supporting internal initiatives, office meetings, staff events and training sessions
* Coordinating travel, itineraries, expenses and meeting logistics
* Liaising with HR, Finance, IT and wider teams to keep things running smoothly
* Supporting client relationship management and business development activity
* Assisting with projects linked to the Executive Team and acquisition activity
* Monitoring deadlines around compliance, reporting and regulatory requirements
* Building relationships with suppliers for client events, company events and partnerships
* Handling sensitive information with total confidentiality and discretion

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and confident operating in a busy, fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

You will ideally have:

* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA or senior administrator
* Experience supporting senior leaders, directors, partners or C-suite executives
* Strong diary management, organisation and communication skills
* Excellent written English and attention to detail
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
* A calm, professional and friendly manner
* Strong judgement, discretion and diplomacy
* A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate what is needed before being asked
* The confidence to work independently while still being part of a wider team

Experience within accountancy, financial services or professional services would be useful, but this is not essential.

Candidates from other sectors will also be considered.

The Benefits

* £38,000 - £45,000 salary, depending on experience
* Flexi-time
* Pension contributions
* 25 days holiday
* Birthday off
* Modern, open-plan office
* Free refreshments
* Easy walk to the town centre
* Supportive, professional and ambitious working environment

This is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant who wants a genuinely varied role where they can build trust with senior leadership, get involved across the business and make a visible impact.
