James specialises in recruiting for accountancy practice professionals at all levels across Oxford, Reading, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes, and Northampton.

He takes a consultative and tailored approach to recruitment, ensuring both candidates and clients get the best possible outcome. Having placed countless accountants in new roles over the years, he prides himself on providing honest advice, market insights, and a high level of service - whether it's helping accountants secure their dream roles or assisting firms in finding top talent. Before moving into practice recruitment, James worked as a linguist at a top London university, bringing a keen eye for detail and communication to his work.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, visiting National Trust houses, reading, and watching films – with a preference for thought-provoking and well-crafted cinema.
