Matt has a loyal client and candidate base and the ratio of repeat business is something he takes pride in. Highly approachable, straightforward and working with a sense of urgency, Matt is known for turning around high-quality shortlists against challenging deadlines.

Outside of work Matt is a massive movie buff, food lover and gym rat. Travel is a huge passion for him too - his all time favourite place to unwind is a remote beach in the Maldives.
