About Tom

Tom initially joined Pro in 2016 to lead the Pro-Finance team, becoming an owner of the business in 2022. Tom has now expanded his portfolio to leads our regional recruitment across both Audit and Tax.

Tom's focus is on the growth and expansion of Pro's offering into professional services firms. Tom believes in buildiing relationships to develop success. He has an honest approach to establish key relationships and takes pride in mentoring his team whilst leading from the front.

Outside of work, you will find Tom juggling a busy family life with his passion for football which includes being a lifelong Ipswich Town supporter!
