About Clare

Clare has a background in project and sales management, as well as private practice legal recruitment. She joined the Prosero team in October 2024, with a mission to help support the excellence in senior leadership hiring within the professional services sector.

Known for her approachable, empathetic, and honest nature, Clare believes that every recruitment journey is fuelled by deeper motivations and aspirations. She takes pride in her ability to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Clare enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab and rescue cat. She’s also an avid yoga enthusiast and has penchant for nurturing stray poorly houseplants back to health.
