About Milan

With over seven years of experience in the finance and accountancy sector, including five years specialising in both internal and external recruitment within the accountancy practice industry.  Milan brings a well-rounded perspective to his work. Having operated on both the internal and external sides of recruitment, he understands the nuances of what clients and candidates truly need. Milan is deeply passionate about building lasting relationships and takes great care to ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and understanding from the very first conversation.

Outside of work, Milan enjoys spending quality time as a husband and father to two beautiful children. In his spare moments, he loves watching films, relaxing with his family, and, whenever possible, catching a Liverpool match.
