About Andy

I specialise in the recruitment of Tax professionals, covering roles from Tax Accountants and Managers to operational and specialist positions, all the way up to senior leadership, including Heads of Tax and Directors. I also oversee the growth and development of Pro-Tax across the UK. With over 20 years of experience in Finance and Accountancy recruitment, I have worked across all levels in large parts of the West & East Midlands, Warwickshire, and the North West.

Outside of work, I’m an explorer at heart, always out walking - whether through city streets or the countryside. Cooking is my creative outlet, and I love tending to my small vegetable patch. I’m also a food enthusiast, always on the lookout for new dining experiences and food styles. Music and live performances are a big passion of mine, and in recent years, I’ve taken up collecting vinyl records, often spending weekends hunting for new additions in shops or online.
